Our policy lasts 7 days upon receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to sanitary and hygienic reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we have made an error. If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, at our discretion.
If a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If an exchange is processed, we will pay for the shipping.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Clearance Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
